Matthew Cisler can honestly say he “grew up in real estate.” From an early age, Matthew has been a key part of Cisler & Associates Real Estate, Inc., his family’s business. Whether helping with parade floats, community events like Snack with Santa, Holiday Walks, and Ribfest, or assisting around the office, Matthew has always brought enthusiasm, creativity, and a smile to everything he does.

After turning 21, Matthew officially joined the Cisler team as a licensed real estate broker, proudly becoming the fourth generation in his family to carry on the real estate tradition—following in the footsteps of his great-grandfather Stanley, grandfather Stanley, father David, and uncle Stan.

A graduate of Southern Illinois University–Edwardsville, Matthew holds a degree in Computer Management Information Systems (CMIS), blending technology with real estate expertise. During high school and college, he worked as the office’s technology and marketing specialist—helping design and modernize the Staunton and Litchfield offices, implement virtual operations during COVID, and enhance the company’s digital presence.

Matthew is a licensed FAA drone pilot, Zillow Certified Photographer, and 3D imaging specialist whose cutting-edge visuals help bring listings to life online. His experience in digital marketing, photography, virtual tours, and negotiation gives his clients a strong advantage in today’s fast-moving real estate market.

Having attended countless closings and negotiation sessions alongside his father, Managing Broker Dave Cisler, Matthew now brings that experience to his own clients. His combination of modern marketing, technological insight, and family tradition makes him the next generation of Realtor ready to serve the community with professionalism and innovation.
